3.What we can do is to ensure that "I confirm that I have read and will comply with the Content Guidelines" and guarantee that these contents possess exclusive publishing rights.

4.The original content we have released on other platforms (including Youtube or TikTok) is all released by us and holds exclusive publishing/distribution/secondary distribution rights.

5.We affirm that the AI-generated images we create are not related to any real individuals, and all character settings are of adult age (18 years and above). We ensure that no content involving minors is involved.

6.We comply with the copyright regulations of major platforms and make the aforementioned copyright declaration.

7.We cannot restrain/restrict/manage/prohibit others from promoting/distributing/reposting/sharing/creating derivative works, whether for free or paid, on major social media platforms. We can only guarantee that our own content is generated by us originally.

Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
